i love big puffy nipples but yeah this weirded me out too.
(the breasts are also small compared to how far down they go.. they are almost cylinders)
but i think the real worst thing of this picture is the width of her shoulders. horrible, it makes her breasts much worse. she almost looks like an animal because of that.
but again its a creation. if the artist dig this then its his chance, cuz we are definitely not seeing something like this in real life. (please dont prove me wrong i dont want to see it lol)

You could mention that by the looks or her proportions, especially her head, she can be assumed to be over 200cm tall, that is just a damn long torso. Or an incredibly tiny head, but my vote is on the former.
Something, somehow just doesn't add up.
