Great camera focus effect. Lovely warm autumn mood.

which one of those leaves is not like the others?
It's very interesting how the artist decided to make a small detail like that stand out obviously yet subtly.

One lone blue leaf in the midst of the natural autumn colors. This could be the artist conveying a feeling of "abnormality," which on the surface will try to fit in with the rest of the environment, but deep inside exists distress and misery. It's a very hopeless and anguishing feeling.

A similar interpretation which reinforces many ideas of the first one could be a feeling of surviving in the wilderness which is the world.
The girl, who is alone, drinking water from the stream could symbolize survival. The setting takes place in the middle of a forest, so this can tell us that the survival is in the wild. The world is indeed a wild place. This is reestablished by how the lone blue leaf is surviving on that branch among the rest of the leaves. The perspective is from that individual blue leaf, because from that blue leaf's eyes, the rest of the leaves are all the same general color. So the artist could be feeling like he/she is surviving in the world, coinciding among many unknown, monotonous silhouettes of things and people. It's an anxious and tiresome feeling of needing to endure something as big as life in this world.

But because the color blue is associated with wisdom, truth, and strength, I think it's more likely that it could be a much more profound type of feeling, one of realization that one is unique in this world, different from the rest, however; truly capable of doing things no other person can do. To realize that you are alive and existing in this reality, to realize all the limitless possibilities you could achieve. A feeling a new found strength and wisdom.

We can take so much about the artist from just one painting alone.
This is what art truly is.
The artist's personality, what the artist was feeling at the time of or before painting the piece, etc.

The blue leaf is clearly there, but takes a little while to really notice it. It's subtle and enveloped by the "majority." This could reflect how the feeling the artist felt was truly special to them, yet they keep this feeling submerged under the surface, not ever showing the true, beautiful, "whole entire picture" that contrives the fundamental aspects of the feeling.

You don't see blue leaves in the real world like this, so this really captivates the viewer. It captures the unique feelings and ideas composed into this consummately beautiful piece of artwork.
It's not just something some person out there drew, it's a story that emphasizes important parts of the artist's life and personality. A journey depicting resonate and special thoughts, feelings, and/or ideas which then get resounded to the viewer, leaving them to ponder, relate to, and appreciate the meaning behind the piece. However, the viewer does not just appreciate the meaning behind the artwork and then walk away empty handed... The viewer will receive a truly special experience that they will cherish all their life.
Something that will further build upon their understanding of the world they live in as they walk along their own path through life. Fascinating.

At least you're using paragraphs. Makes it better to read.
2 of them could use a little separation so those wouldn't be so long and a little hard to read but you did ok.

EDIT:
Oh I see it. Took me a little time with my poor eyes but I see the blue leaf you mentioned. That's quite rare.
