So, this is not just me to find this picture awful… Yayaka seems to be verticaly stretched, as if the scene was reflected by a distorting mirror.

I actually don't think it's horrible.
Not good either, but the anatomy is not that far off from being decent as comments imply. It's just the poses are bad, as well as the details.

The show is probably the best one this season though.

It can be annoying, but it is one of the few shows I actually enjoy watching.

Yeah, i think the best episode so far is the 7th, when Cocona is alone in her town and diferent facets of Papika appears.
