So there is a kickstarter to make an Anime / OVA for this series?
How is it going so far? I hope it's going well. I'm been gradually getting curious about this series because of the art I've seen.

I can't play the games (don't know Japanese and such) but an Anime, OVA, etc. to watch is one way to know about the series (like Kancolle) and, from what I've seen so far from the artist Sayori, has some nice art.

Apparently the Kickstarter will start on December the 29th.

Volumes 1 and 2 of the visual novels are already translated and available as 18+ on Denpasoft or some other sites and has had huge success on Steam with a non-h version.

The localization of it's first volume (NekoPara Vol. 1) to has actually been advertised in a thin banner at the very top of this site for a looooooooooooong time. Now it seems to be gone though.

I know this is from a month ago, but since the Kickstarter is active now, seems like a good time to reply. It's going extremely well! It started out seeking $100k to cover a ten minute OVA. After that, each additional $100k would add ten more minutes, up to $500k and a maximum of sixty minutes. They hit $500k on January 11th, twelve days after it started. There's still twenty-nine days left in the Kickstarter as of today. They have additional stretch goals now:

• $600k: Subtitles in Russian, French, Spanish, Korean, German & Portuguese.
• $800k: A mini visual novel about Chocola & Vanilla as children will be made.
• $1m: A short OVA will be made of the mini visual novel.

I don't know if it'll hit $1 million, but it's got a good chance at it! If you like the art, check out the Kickstarter updates. They've posted some art in those (particularly the update announcing it had hit $500k) that are quite nice, but not large enough to post here on yande.re.
