Read that link carefully again - he wears girls' clothes because he claims he's a "pretty-girl boy" (has the identical face as his twin sister's), NOT because he thinks he should be a girl. And he romantically likes girls (instead of boys), too.

Not everyone can read Japanese, bruh. Doesn't help either that for some reason Japanese websites very often put their text in images so that you can't use Google Translate on it.

It's called Optical character recognition, which has been around for years. And according to that Wikipedia page, Google has also got such kind of tools (but dunno why they don't add that to their web pages).

Google's only support a few languages, last time I check.

Edit: at least Japanese is supported.. but OCR text overlapping with images is still pretty bad http://i.imgur.com/I6MoEuq.png

Found another online OCR, and the result has the same problem. Maybe the contrast of the overlapping area isn't big enough for them to distinguish (may need to edit the image first beforehand).
