What I mean was they didn't incorrectly translate (for example) "夫妻肺片" to "husband and wife's lung slice" :P

"husband and wife's lung slice"is better ,i think. At least,it was translations.
Just as IDK what in it and how it maked while i read "夫妻肺片" as a Chinese .

Translations are mainly for foreign tourists :3 They may not know anything about dishes' background and history. This way could be more effective ;)
