This fanart is based on a nameless character from the FGO gag comic drawn by riyo. She first appeared here http://sonohara.donmai.us/posts/2538704. She is in no way officially meant to represent Yoshiko, that was simply a theory matsuryuu came up with himself. Matsuryuu's already apologized and deleted the image and any mention of her being Yoshiko, so let's just leave at that, alright?

The artist's deletion of the image from the source doesn't automatically remove the fact that this character was named as that woman. The reputation of this image has already dead (that's why they deleted it).

And no matter where this character was based on, if the creator believes who she is, then who she really is (with the design "inspired" from other existing works).

Again, she is a nameless character that appears in FGO's official comic.
Matsuryuu did not create her, the comic's artist (riyo) did. Matsuryuu simply did a fanart based on riyo's design.
Even though she doesn't have a name, she's still considered a FGO character since she appears in official works created for the game.
