The game's title's short version is "Newrin".
A well put out pun in my opinion. At least it was enough to make me a chuckle a bit.

"Newrin", When pronounced, it sounds like the japanese word for Areola which is "Nyuurin". They said it a couple of times in their teaser video in their site if I remember correctly.
