almost 8 years agoAnd, I don't think it's a seifuku IMHO, as:
- the description doesn't mention it;
- The colors of the ribbon are too fancy to be used on a seifuku; and
- I don't think she would find a hair ribbon that exactly matches the seifuku's one.
