Considering Kara no Kyoukai movies had a lot of freedom in that regard (AKA Fujino's movie, where they clearly show how some people rape her), I think HF will have the same amount of freedom too.

Watched the first movie yesterday, and there was plenty of blood but nothing that I would call explicit.

I'm pretty sure the whole mana transfer thing will be done by blood sucking.
