I'm a bit surprised no-one managed to identify this one. It's Eve ~New Generation~, reads plainly on the top.

The average quality of images posted here 8 years back is noticeably worse than it is now. This is one of the better ones though. Still, I've found some gems in the mix. I started from post #3 and have been clicking next every once in a while for a few days now.

Dang. I remember doing that for Touhou. Completed that.
I'm still doing that for Kantai Collection.
