Naru Nanao's art style has changed so much recently... normally I applaud improvements, but this just doesn't even look like her style at all!

I can still find the pass Naru nana from the eyes
but her drawings are not stand out anymore
I still like her new/improved style, just that way more people can draw nice looking pictures nowadays...
If she didn't change the style I'm pretty sure she will be more "stand out" today.. in a bad way
At the thumbnail level you literally cannot tell her apart from Mitha now. At least she used to have her own style somewhat. That said, the old art has really aged poorly and she's clearly a better artist today. I flipped through my old Naru Nanao artbook (the one with theme sections for different kinds of ice cream), and man the anatomy and proportions are cringe worthy on almost every page.
Yeah, her illustration is very similar to Mitha in all those games by nanawind. But on the other hand, It's pretty common for artists to adapt a little bit to make the style of a game more uniform. And the coloring is another BIG part of it, since normally the coloring in eroge are done by the same team regardless of the artists.

Another interesting bit about this is that you can clearly see the difference between Mitha and Nanao Naru in term of line art technique. It's more obvious in the previous batch of digital file "leaks": compare the lines in post #303174 (Nanao Naru) and post #303169 (Mitha). For some reason, Nanao naru's line art is much rougher than Mitha's. I assume it's either that only Nanao Naru still draws lines on paper (and then scan it), or they both do but Mitha smoothes her line art a little bit when importing into painting software.
Or digitally added noise - some artists prefer adding some noise to digitally drawn lines. Actually I also do, but I keep it very subtle. I'd say Nanao's lines seem to be pencil lines though, judging from how they sometimes end.
