I feel the reading for "柳瀬雄之" is "yanase_yuuji".
Because his twitter account name is "yanase_y".

Some sites believe it's "Yanase Hiroyuki" while some others think that's "Yanase Takeyuki" (Maybe the "y" comes from the "yuki" part??). Not sure about "Yuuji" though, and dunno which one is correct.

"ORICON", most famous official hit chart in Japan, is reading "Yanase Yuuji (やなせゆうじ)".
