That is incorrect, it's Noriyuki. https://www18.atwiki.jp/sakuga/pages/1789.html
I would say the credibility of a news agency is higher than that of a fan wiki site (that anyone from anywhere can contribute).

This is his own Twitter profile. https://twitter.com/e_eel
Please provide the source that indicates this is his real account.
Something has more sources than the other doesn't automatically mean it's correct - maybe those sources just copied each other.

As for the links you've provided: only the first one is trustworthy (a shop that sells his stuff is unlikely to pronounce it wrongly). But not for the others, because:
  • Links 2 and 4: wiki-like sites as mentioned previously
  • Link 3: danbooru-like site (just like here yande.re)
  • Link 5: forum site
Will change the artist's tag based on the first link you've provided.
Edit: Woops, fireattack beats me to it
His twitter account is most trustworthy. No, I don't think we need to waste time to "prove that is his". He is a very popular animator.

That's exactly why I asked for that - someone that's very popular will probably have imposter accounts pretending to be him. That's why twitter has verified accounts.
Use some common sense please. Check his tweets.

And they're not celebs.. I can't think of ANY artist who bothers to verify their account on Twitter. You're asking for the impossible.

Sure, they're rare cases such as imposter accounts, but you can usually tell very easily, and more importantly they're not that famous.

We're not writing laws. Critical thinking and skepticism are great but going extreme is not efficient. We can always revert mistakes afterwards.
I know we settled this already, but I have to bring this proof to put this debate to rest once and for all if you or anyone wasn't satisfied with the evidence provided so far.

This particular animator worked on a short anime film called Fastening Days 3 and here you can see his kanji in the credits. https://youtu.be/xSifJpzSvIE?t=3m56s

As it turns out there's also an official international version with a romanization. https://youtu.be/xVkIeQSm7Eg?t=3m56s
