This ones actually really cute tbh, a kind of theoretical what if where 6 limbed amphibians survived and evolved instead of the four limbed ones. And the strife that would exist trying to make everyone treated 100% equal to the point that even talking about inequality between species is illegal... (subtle anti SJW joke mayhap? lol) Plus the Manga's little inside fourth wall breaks between issues actually commented on it already being highly niche, and they didn't need to get into what Akechi (horned one in the bottom smaller image in the top left that the little one is blocking) is doing out of the main scene or they'd have no audience... so they literally pick on themselves for being so weird :p
