Nothing needs to be done - the copy here remains to be kept unless the artist themselves come here personally and ask for its removal, just like any other images.

Well this image is posted/uploaded in 2017. Nobody eternal. What you’re trying to do basically you went to German to meet Hitler because reading a text that he lives there. The information still valid IF you considering time when the text is written.
