This rule seems to have got cancelled after Checkmate becomes the owner. At least karory's Doujinshis don't get banned anymore.

it's not cancelled but replaced by a new and lawful(?) action on such issue.
Regardless, I would suggest this circle member simply surrender (all of) his id(s) in this site, leave and go on his life w/o us.

Kinda odd that they actively use this site for 5 years but when their own circle's work gets featured they're suddenly not cool with the site's concept anymore.

milumon is not the artist. But I won't disagree with mod's decision. And may I ask milumon to leave the site unless he still found his circle involved with some copyright violation in this site?
As two weeks ago, he was still asking when I shall upload eshi-100 this year.

Agree on the user should not continue to use this site like he did before if he insist to delete the pool, shouldn't defending own copyright while abusing other's.

BTW the whole pool was deleted about 30 minutes ago, but it came back now.

I doun't doubt artists use this kind of sites for variety of reasons, be inspiration or the month's posters but yeah that was kinda hypocrite.
