Can anyone please explain to me what's the difference between Nero and this Saber?, and the other ones too, because Nero seems to be the only different from all Sabers.

Well as far as I know, this Saber is Altria (King Arthur) Saber Nero/Extra is Nero Claudius, the only thing they share is the appearance but the personality and voice are totally diferent, Alter Saber is Altria but evil (omitting spoilers) Saber Lily is Altria again but more young, happy and whit another costume and weapon and Mysterious Heroine X is a parody from Type Moon April Fool's, she have an alter version too in FGO but it's another character
