This is driving me nuts, I know the tags say she is Broccoli but she looks a lot like Puchiko from Di gi charat. Is this a crossover or they two different characters? Does anyone know for certain who this is?

It's basically Puchiko, but she's called Broccoli in Neptunia series, and Neptune always calls her Puchiko too, but she keeps insisting she's Broccoli, not Puchiko.
So in essence, it's an reference joke, and the name comes from the company Broccoli, that's responsible for titles like Galaxy Angel or, as obvious, Di Gi Charat.

She is supposed to resemble Puchiko.

Her name is "Broccoli".. you know, the company that created Di Gi Charat series.

I knew that Broccoli created Di gi charat, I know the characters and story pretty well. But I'm unfamiliar with the story and characters in the Neptunia series so I was a little confused on why she was tagged the way she was. Thank you both for clearing this up for me.
