That's not jpeg compression you are seeing, its a texture they didn't remove. I went to 400% and still couldn't find artifacts.

To compare 2 images, this one has different noise which post #11163 hasn't if you have a good monitor which can catch up with slightly contrast difference on the brightest tone.

it's slight. only who has a good monitor & a knowledge of detecting noise types can see it. but I hate all images added 'visible' noises if it slightly or not.

There are compression artifacts on this one without a doubt..just checking the eye area shows it. It's just a recompressed version of the previous one without any gain. Deleting if there are no objections.
