Her hand's got broken like this is certainly guro IMHO.

It's pretty fantasy-like vanishing, not blood spattering gore.

The characters, when damaged, break like gems, and to my eyes it doesn't quite meet the criteria of mutilation/disfigurement. Guro is a genre of art dealing with themes of gore, mutilation, disfigurement, and extreme violence.'

IMO if they just break then it's not guro, but if there is anything else of top of this it pushes it into the guro territory.

This image isn't even questionable, it's completely safe. It shouldn't even be an argument.
