Can't determine where that "tongue" comes from, and so added extreme_content (i.e. treated it as "ordinary" tentacles) for now.

The other things certainly are non-human so I think that tag is a good addition.

I'm purely talking about the the one around the penis though. Which looks like, and is suggested to be a tongue in the manga for which this is the cover illustration.

So I was wondering if that makes the fellatio tag appropriate.

Hey, I'm not a fan of most works containing tentacles forcibly penetrating people either, but this one turned out to be pretty wholesome, for what it's worth.

Though that still probably leaves a bunch of other tags that make you want to run away from it...

Almost correct. There's a bunch of suspiciously penis-like tentacles in her vagina (she's a futanari after all). Her butthole can be seen below, between the dripping cum.

She does seem to wear a skirt though, so I'm not sure about removing nopan.

The reason why I still opted for naked_cape despite this, was because I noticed that naked_cape is often used when the characters still wear undergarments. In the case of post #459649 even specifically a skirt (although in a partially undressed state).

Changed post #459649 to a non-naked_cape state.

As for this one: Since it's blocked from view by "her" legs and penis, I'm not sure what that "lower piece of cloth" actually is (maybe it just covers the body but not actually worn).

Works that feature tentacles (lewd or otherwise) are OK (or at least tolerable) in my book.
