I don’t think so: I already have the complete series (TV animes with OVAs + movie) in both DVD and BD versions, and the main manga series (French edition for all of these items).

I think it’s for the new manga soon to be prepublished.

The new BD-box (mentioned in the text), but even that was released this Feb.

Newtype occasionally publishes old animes' posters for no apparent reason, so it really isn't that surprising.
