The tag is usually for explicit purposes.

I would remove it but Mr. GT is a Mod and I'm guessing he must think it's necessary for this one. Leave it.

EDIT:
Then there's the lack of breasts on this one which it's exposed.

And for what I know, loli tag is for characters who look like lolis and have to be rated as Q or E, no need to be actual lolis.
