Sadly Super Lollipop was printed badly :/ so scanning it doesn't turn out to be super great scans without resize it or blurry it to madness.

In any event, I post them like this anyway.

The low-frequency horizontal lines are so visible in this that they should be visible to the naked eye (on paper), but they're not. Did you try scanning at 600DPI to see if it gets a better read on the screening (this is a 300DPI scan)?
