I don't think the character in the middle is Hiromi, is it? I know it's tempting to tag her thanks to Kei and Kanna, but Hiromi has always had longer hair and more importantly blue eyes. I can't read the small text next to her fully so maybe she is named and I can't confirm it but unless she is named here, the tag should be removed.

Nope, the text doesn't mention anything about the characters' names.

Is she shizuku_(kantoku)??

No, I don't think so. Kantoku has been fairly inconsistent with Shizuku's chest size but she was never ever this big. She also never had this kind of super cheery expression, from what I remember. That is to say, she may have smiled but it never seemed like a "genki" type smile, if that makes sense. It would be fairly uncharacteristic for her to be Shizuku, I think. I just believe this is a new girl, who may or may not get a name later.

The small text says something along the line of:
The opening between her shirts right now.
Big Breasts.
Goddess.
(I) like to open it by pulling to apart (left and right).

It's hard to translate to English because of the grammar structure...
