Because this is not considered explicit or even questionable, but completely safe (the same way I suggest this site should handle it), it's a funny, scribble anus, and not some anatomically correct, or erotically drawn one, it's like the dog/cat anuses you see in many anime, involving children's morning cartoons.
I even call cats/dogs in anime "A type" if their anuses can be seen, and "B type" if it can't, as the former is so damn common.
