Hmm. I did come across a safe doujinshi on a certain other site that had Hibiki cosplaying as Alice near the end of 2018. I didn't pay attention to the artist or the name of the content. I was just browsing through the pages. Kinda wish I had remember the names. She also could be mistaken for Kafuu Chino.

While true, pupils for characters in gochuumon_wa_usagi_desu_ka? tend to be larger than what we see here for this image and the remainder of the pool images. Not to mention, most of the pool relates to Kancolle...

Personally, the image at https://e-hentai.org/s/af32019bdd/824157-1 cinches it as the leggings are almost a perfect match if you adjust mentally for the fact that it is a darker overall image. Case could be made against it as the dress is slightly different, however...
