I would guess the sub-par deletion reason is due to the thigh, but it's up to the person who flagged it to explain why. Unless it's obvious why it's sub-par the deletion reason needs to be clearer.

A lot of artists operate on unrealistic proportions, which might seem ugly to some people, bug I guess it clicks with the target audience of his art. For example this girl is really not my type, but I can see that for people who love huge women (and not just the breasts, she looks altogether huge) this is hitting many switches.
For the rest of us, it might look like shaky artwork, with droopy face, ridiculous breasts and thighs, etc, but still.

It really depends on the reasons why that person flagged them. Personally, though I don't like this artist, my view is we keep it.

You guess right. That thigh looks more like just a blob of color and a lot of the rest of her is blob-like as well to my eye. But a lot of his other work is perfectly acceptable. Have many in my collection. Not one of Gan's better efforts.
