Just don't like the fact that the old one change a lot of color of the original image. Maybe someone will think the old one is better tho. Feel free to judge, del and let me know which one is better

This is a scan version of the magazine + Photoshop. Which one you mean that that colour is odd? (I do had a DL ver cover of this, but that a FAKKU ver [a eng publisher ver which include few design change and eng translation]) I can post that as well if anyone want.
If my post edit works quality is acceptable, I will try to post more high res edited magazine cover.

The magazine logo is either blue or purple depending on which scan you look at. As for scan quality, I'll let the experts comment on that.

The old one is just scanned/processed poorly. Color is off, and it's blurry. We can keep both for now

That's correct. Your scan is better.

By "off" I mean its colors are kinda clipped and the contrast is too high. Can't really comment on the color accuracy without seeing what it is supposed to be.
