This artist has anal fixation, if you look at her other works. But it's pretty decent to me; the anus actually stays like that if it's roughly stimulated by a large dildo or penis.

Most of her works on Pixiv are uncensored. I think it's only a problem if someone report them. But people don't do it, thankfully. :)

EDIT: Just took a look at her works again now. They are now censored, even the old ones that were uncensored. It must be a recent change. It seems they found out. :(

That's one big upside of the 'boorus. They keep the uncensored and discontinued artworks. :)

It's "he" btw.

He puts uncensored pictures on Pixiv the first day and changes to the censored version the next day.
Pixiv has stricted rules that artists should only upload explicit pictures with censorship.
