i own way to implement it in PS
1. Duplicate current Layer twice
2. Facet, Fade:Difference
3. Use ColorRange to make selection
4. Delete Layer
5. Save selection to mask
6. UnsharpMask (in this case, amount:500% radius:2.0px)
