The software Moe runs on can download files directly from pixiv for you. Just enter the direct image link (http://img11.pixiv.net/img/sayorichan/3982125.jpg), NOT the page with the sample in the source box, add tags, and press upload. You don’t have to download the image to your hard drive and reupload to this site. This is the most important part.

Ugh...I guess I'll have to change that tomorrow. I never actually tested it out. I had assumed that since Danbooru is configured to do it, you could do it here too. Moe runs on a modified older version of Danbooru, and I guess petopeto didn't implement the downloading from pixiv part since he doesn't like the site.
You might not be able to download directly, but you should still put the direct links in.
