i saw 2 dates 2009 and 2019..but i don't know what it says there.

It says "2009年5月20日第三種郵便物承認", which just means the magazine qualifies for third-class mail that was apparently put into place on this date. "2019年5月30日" is the actual date of the issue.

It released on Mar 30 not May 30. The date on the cover is the typical bullshit "nominal" date for magazines, which could be months later than the actual release date for various reasons.

True, but it's still considered the "5/2019" issue. The 2009 date is what was really being called into question, not the 2019 date.
