Considering not wearing a seatbelt in the back seat is significantly more dangerous than not wearing one in the front, yes. But that's just me as I'm all about the little details.

I actually noticed exactly the same thing before even reading any comments. It's very dangerous to be in a fast moving car without seatbelts, specially in the position she is in. If the car crashes with her in that position without seatbelt, she would be badly injured, maybe permanently. And I wouldn't want it to happen to a cute kid like her. We should always wear seatbelts! It can save your life!

The drawing is incredibly beautiful though, but the lack of a seatbelt just caught my attention. :P
