Found the same image from this page: https://music.apple.com/jp/album/fun-fun-fan-single/1465086466?ign-mpt=uo%3D4

The image within that page can be stretched as large as 3000 x 3000 (by changing the "268" bit in the URL), but I'm not sure if it's already upscaled (by that site's system) at that point.

Some of the 3000px covers in Apple Music/iTunes system are upscaled. But this one looks fine (albeit the compression is a little bit excessive).
