Great picture but 38mb is just too much for my shitty connection. At times like this I wish moe had a medium resolution but I know it would be even more work to implemend such a feature.

This one's PNG too. Don't you people know how to convert? It saves you a lot of uploading time as well.

Ummm... Thanks for the quick answer, but that's the standard setting and therefore it was active. And I was talking about "medium resolution". Something between 402kb and 38mb...

I'm probably in the minority here, but I just don't see the appeal for saving scans like these in png when you achieve basically the same results with a high quality and much smaller jpg. Certainly, excessive jpg artifacts are awful, but saving something like this image as a maximum quality jpg would more or less produce the same quality and still be way smaller in filesize. Could someone explain what makes png better for this type of image?

PNG = Lossless = You're sure that there are no jpeg artifacts, trasparency, and doesn't blur text like jpeg.

Compairing png to lowest compression jpeg, there is no visible defference. but jpeg surely enhances moire and some noises, and reduces colors. Using png is no meaning for viewers, It's for editers.

Naru does plenty of ero work. The ef series is based on the erogames with art by Naru for starters.

Yeah, as far as non-game work is concerned I've basically never seen any ero pics either. Guess she saves it all up for the games she's contracted to work on ;p

We like high quality, high resolution now. Not 600kb jpeg. If you dislike PNG. Simply download it, and convert it yourself. If not, this site isn't meant for you.
