Contrary to underwear, swimsuits are not Questionable per se, so it depends if the character’s pose is suggestive or not.

Personally, I save swimsuits pictures among my NSFW folders, suggestive pose or not. YMMV, as say the English speakers…

Disagreed - I won't call them Safe if they're micro-bikinis, sling bikinis, or any swimsuits with the piece of cloth too small that it got "counterencircled" by breasts.

Just what I mean: this is not because a character is wearing a swimsuit that it has to be rated as Questionable. I’ve been taught (here) that the rating for this tag also depends of the context: pose, type of swimsuit…
