The guy in the glasses on the lower right is the Director from ep10 when they did the movie shoot of the Macross Zero story. Ozma as the rainbow carrot singer is awesome =)

Yeah, all the characters are dressed as other characters within the series. Sheryl is Brera Sterne, Brera is Alto, Alto is Ranka, Etc. Some are more obscure, like Catherine dressed as Sara from the Zero movie/Macross zero...
