Are you kidding me with this reason for deletion?

If there exists a Pixiv counterpart, the version from twitter (where images uploaded usually have their quality got lowered) will be removed.

Is that a new rule in this website?
Since I found that there is lots of images which keep both versions, they still even no flagged for deletion.
That's probably because we haven't looked into it, or there is some variation between versions. You see, Twitter downgrades the image by reducing its size adding a bit of JPEG artifacts, lowering the quality.

ok~ :)
The correct thing would be to say "duplicate" but well, it is also assumed that according to a site rule, duplicates carry that tag and then they are checked for deletion or not later, but they are not flagged to delete

Yup. According to the description of 'duplicate', it mentioned that we no need to flag duplicates for deletion. A mod will routinely go through the duplicate tag and delete the duplicates.
Now I add up the 'duplicate' tag.
