But I am chinese.In China it's R18 picture in chinese laws.And I don't like R18 picture,even I'm over 18 years old.

Okay,but I don't mean I don't like this picture. I just wanted this artist draw some NOT R18 picture. If this artist draws only R18 pictures,that's boring you know.

your best option to get what you want in that scenario, would be to contact them on one of their own profiles, and see if they accept commissions.
you could also look at artists like tinkle who do safe loli images post #380962

I must say that your comment is sort of confusing, "not draw any"means none at all. Plus, it's rude to comment an artist by saying "i believe that he/she shouldn't do that."

I absolutely agree that you should not bother the artist with your personal qualms with R18 content. At best they will be annoyed and/or ignore you and at worst they will just block you.

Besides, there are already a bunch of non-R18 works by this artist on this site alone, so I really don't see the problem here.
