( I have the way to scan, but what processing does it work?)
Don't think much can be done about textured surfaces...
Isn't 87MB a bit overboard for even a file of this resolution?

This is how i dealt with textured paper http://moe.imouto.org/post/show/56495/

No initial blur and 2 strong passes with NN. After that 2 more passes with surface blur.
Sure you'll have to resize down a bit but so far i think it does a somewhat decent job.
Paper texture was one of the most annoying things to clean out (right along with darker areas of the scans >.<) . Like how some of the artbooks pages that are either Matte or Glossy.

Like many doujin books are Matte >.<
My attempt at textured paper using neatimage since it's the only one I have

http://img261.imageshack.us/img261/6716/textured02ni1.jpg first pass in NI removing just the mids and lows

(surely Greycstoration is weak at these kind of anisotropic noises, would I use others?)

From the original, it's quite good, but a bit of detail is loss through all the restoration. Gah... dam these paper textures...

I need to go play around with the Greycstoration. There's a few images I want to fix.
Ikegami akane likes using these paper.
if we don't have good processing, many her works can't be uploaded (or these huge unprocessed file only)

She does. But I would still like for you to upload them. As one of my favorite artist, i'd still like to see her works.

Ahh, good job this time, Vita. Little loss of quality and the annoying texture is not visable much at all.
If you are going heavy-handed with processing to remove the texture, please at least leave the original raw scan here.
Already scanned :)
The rest thing I can do is hoping syao do it well =D
