Seems like it is parodying Cinderella.
The girl (?) forgets to leave her shoes for the prince (?) before she goes, so she returns and puts them in front of the prince.

She looks like MAH Takako <3 from Oto Boku

Hiragana says "O Boku sama", so somehow it made sense to me.

It's funny when you see Cinderella as Takako (Oto Boku's tsundere). In no way I'd imagine her doing that stuff, unless she was too embarrased :3
