Looks like a normal line of the drawing. I don't see a big problem here.

The first step of editing is check through the entire image before filtering, or you could not distinguish they are scanning dusts or not.

Yeah, it looks like a wild hair to me. I did all that work of editing this pic. I might as well do this last little bit. sigh... seriously, that's *both* of my edits today that I've missed errant hairs.

Good catch midzki. I'll post a fix in a bit.
