What is the policy for deleting duplicates? This image was loaded first, but it's duplicate has higher resolution. Which one should be flagged for deletion?

One is scan one is digital, not duplicate.

Okay. I removed the possible_duplicate tag on the other image.

That tag may be added by the system automatically if it discovers visually similar images already exist.
