Yup, that's what I mean.

I think it's more how the bench is drawn in relation to her than her proportions. Looking at the 'belt', that definitely is sitting above her waist. Imagine her actual waist being half way between the 'belt' and the bottom of the coat and it makes more sense, with the torso maybe appearing a little long. This one is a lot better:

In the image above it looks like she's actually sitting on the wall, where as this image, the bench and the girls lap look like they're almost on the same plane.

Now, if only she was held from her armpits and had her upper legs (also called arms) straight forward, this would be perfect.
