This crossing must be referenced from a real-life version (just can't find it out for now).

If you go to the Twitter link and translate the comments, Parasol talks about how he put it together and the time the project took...500 hours. The station is the Kusatsu station 広電草津駅 in Hiroshima and a GIS will show the actual place. But it is the model for the picture. He added other buildings into it as well as composing the sky. One of my favorite images.
