She more or less fits the definition (especially if we're going by the site's "better be safe" policy), but yes, being an unlikable bitch with a raspy voice really detracts from being able to perceive as anything youthful or cute.

Yeah, definitely, that's on the smaller side of A-cups. B-cups would definitely look huge in that pose, so the size is that of a loli's for sure.
