The original image was in the WEBP format(Only 14 MB file), I had to convert it to PNG(now 86 MB file), to upload it to this site :V

Compressed with Irfan View at 9 compression level(the max one),with binary encoding method.

Look, there's no comparison between a 23 years old image format (PNG) and a modern one (WEBP), I know compatibility is a very important aspect but there are tons of free software to convert WEBP back to PNG, and even windows 10 supports it,it's capable of lossy and lossless conversions and on top of that it's also a free and open format so...there's that.
