There's nothing yuri about it, man.
Please don't tell me that holding hand of your sister is implying any kind of romantic or sexual desire.
And the blushing is really not the sensual type of blushing, as evident from their wide eyed, smiling expression.

But I agree: sometimes, there is no yuri on some pictures tagged as such. It should be reserved for real yuri couples, or non-ambiguous scenes.
